STORY & PHOTOS

You know what they say: "never trust a pretty girl with an ugly secret". One of the secrets of "Pretty Little Liars" is that the whole town of Rosewood is created on the Warner Brothers Studio lot in Burbank, CA. On the one hand, none of the places the girls go aren't real; on the other hand, you can visit them all by taking the Warner Brothers Studio tour.

In episode 102, "The Jenna Thing", Hanna and Mona are going back to Mona's car after shopping for (and legitimately paying for) some new clothes and jewelry, when Hanna spots Detective Wilden watching her in the parking garage. She confronts him, but he doesn't back down, telling her he's convinced she and her friends know who killed Ali.

That parking garage looks to be the one on the Warner Brothers lot:

It makes sense, as "Pretty Little Liars" films exclusively on the lot, and productions use any inch of studio space they can to film. You can see those green stairs behind Hanna in the above screen cap from the episode. Other shows, like "Chuck", have used the parking garage for filming as well. Most studios have a policy that any inch of the lot can be used for filming!
