Lisa Vanderpump is never not expanding her restaurant empire. During season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules,” Lisa opened Vanderpump a Paris at the Paris hotel and casino in Las Vegas, NV, and — en route to a Lake Havasu girls’ weekend getaway to “celebrate” Katie Maloney’s split from Tom Schwartz — Katie, Lala Kent, Kristina Kelly, and Raquel Leviss (along with Katie’s mother Teri Maloney) stopped in for dinner. This dinner, where the girls met server Oliver (handsome son of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Garcelle Beauvais), ended up being the catalyst for major drama between Lala and Raquel, who were both attracted to Oliver. (Raquel ended up making out with him.)
The episode also served as an advertisement for Vanderpump a Paris. I was able to visit the restaurant in July of 2024 and it pretty accurately reflects what was shown on TV!
I specifically remember Lisa fretting about how people kept stealing the jewels off her decorative dogs, thinking the jewels were valuable. I ended up being seated right near the dogs!
I will say that my mocktail here cost more than my husband’s glass of wine. (Why? How?!) But it was still fun to be there! A maximalist, romantic experience like most of Lisa’s establishments!
